Love me

Love me like a garden

Love me poem

Love me on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, and all days that end in Y? Love me on all days and always. Hold, kiss, caress and protect me. Nurture, want, adorn and adore me. But most of all, love me like I love you, and know that you are loved.

To be loved

Some people are magnetic, they attract us to their light. But once in a while life gifts the world an anomaly. For being loved by you is to know what love is and to know I am loved. Love is your smile when we see each other and again when you hold me. Love is you and everything you do.

Sometimes I lack the words to say I love you, but I do. I love your drive to get things done; and the time you spend with our son; the packages of love you send to friends; and care in feasts you prepare; I love when you lean on me to watch TV; and the surprise cups of chocolate tea. But most of all, I love the magic of your light, for it burns so bright it warms the night.
